Croaking Critters - North Narrabeen

As part of its July school holiday program, Pittwater Council's Coastal Environment Centre is hosting Croaking Critters on 8 July 2010, 1pm - 3pm, for kids 5 to 12 years old.

What's cute, slimy and jumps everywhere? Well, frogs of course! Together we will learn about what makes frogs so special, and what they can teach us about the freshwater environment. Do they know when the water is 'right' or 'wrong'? They sure do!! We will grrrabbit our tools, go outside and learn how simple it is to build a frog-friendly home in the backyard... and, with our friends from the Frog and Tadpole Society not too far away, you never know who will hop by.
