Coastal Capers - North Narrabeen

As part of its July school holiday program, Pittwater Council's Coastal Environment Centre is hosting Coastal Capers on 9 July 2010, 10am - 12pm, for kids 5 to 12 years old.

We'll go up, we'll go down, we'll go around... this is a true outdoor caper on the coast. Come prepared for this great outdoor adventure in our aquatic wonderland. The adventure starts at the Centre's 'Kids on the Coast' Headquarters where you will be given all the gear for this coastal safari. See what you can create with native grasses on the headland, use the binoculars to scope out the landscape... can you see a whale? The safari will then decend onto Turimetta beach where we will search and comb the sand for washed up treasure.
