Seagrass Secrets - North Narrabeen

As part of its July school holiday program, Pittwater Council's Coastal Environment Centre is hosting Seagrass Secrets on 15 July 2010, 10am - 12pm, for kids 5 to 12 years old.

Did you know that seagrass is Mother Nature's nursery? ... Yes, that's right, it is full of amazing little sea creatures and other mysteries. Put on your little scientist hat for the day, we'll give you a 'Kids on the Coast' lab kit which includes a magnifying glass and net, and let's go exploring. Unravel the mystery of your findings back in the Centre's 'Kids on the Coast' lab with high-tech scientific microscopes. You'll be amazed with your discoveries!
