Rescuing Whales and other Marine Mammals

12 Jul 2010 - 6:30pm - 8:00pm The Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre is hosting a talk on Rescuing Whales and other Marine Mammals on Monday, 12 July 2010 - 6:30-8pm.
Ronny Ling, President of ORRCA, will provide a general look at marine mammals including their anatomy, why they strand, what is a stranding and a look at seals, dugongs and disentanglement. Cost: $5 per person.
Throughout July the Centre will be showcasing whales - including information, samples of whale bones and relics.
