Landcare Week in the Haweksbury Nepean - join us on the 2012 'Source to Sea' -

To celebrate landcare week, the ‘Source to Sea’ campaign is returning to the Hawkesbury Nepean River. A partnership between the Hawkesbury Nepean Catchment Management Authority (HNCMA) and adventure Landcare group Willow Warriors, this event aims to raise awareness and opportunities around volunteerism and the protection of our natural assets.


Piloted in 2008 on Victoria’s Yarra River, Source to Sea 2012 will see the ‘Hawkesbury Team’ set off on Wednesday 5th September from Navua Reserve at Grose Wold, winding through Windsor, Richmond and Wisemans Ferry, before eventually finishing up at Barrenjoey Beach on Sunday 9th September 2012.
