Wombeyan Caves Volunteer Weekend - Weed Whacking - Adventure Conservation Weekend – 1st and 2nd December 2012

You’re invited to a two-day weekend work-session treating woody weeds and vines (lower slopes and valley floor) impacting upon the unique karst values of Wombeyan Caves.


·         All required tools, herbicides and PPE will be supplied for the weekend session


·         Contract bush regenerators will assist with training for identification and control


·         Accommodation and main meals are provided for - bunk-beds, share rooms /dorms, separate shower and kitchen block


·         BBQ dinner Saturday night (and possibly a cave tour or nocturnal fauna spotlighting)


·         Enjoyable and informative weekend, very easy terrain
